Sasho Markovski, М.А., is the Executive Director of Sarissa – Institute for Conservative Politics in Skopje. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from University of Maryland – College Park, USA and a Master’s Degree in International Business from Wuhan University, PR China. He is a former Special Advisor to the Minister and Head of the Department for International Cooperation at the Macedonian Ministry of Defense. He has also served as a Political Assistant to the Macedonian Ambassador to the United States. His professional interests are international relations, diplomacy, defense and international economics. Besides English, he is fluent in Macedonian, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and basic German.
Vlatko Mitkovski, M.A., has a master’s degree in managing strategic communication in the field of public diplomacy and has a master’s degree from the Institute of Communication Studies in Skopje on “Forms and manners of resolving the European migration crisis 2015”.
He has behind him more than 20 years work experience in international (security) cooperation
His professional interests are international relations, public diplomacy, negotiations and lobbying. In addition to English, he speaks German, Croatian, Slovenian and basic Albanian.
Nikola Veselinov, M.A., has been working for the NI Conservation Center Skopje for more than 10 years. He holds a Masters Degree in history from the Institute of history at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. His expertise is in gathering, analysis, selection and systematization of cultural heritage documentation and its protection according to types and categories, by a specifically predetermined methodology. His scientific research is mainly in the fields of history and archivistics. He is fluent in English.
Jason Miko has spent nearly thirty years in public relations, communications, management, economic development, public affairs and humanitarian work. Having lived overseas and traveled extensively, he also possesses a broad understanding of different cultures and communities. Jason is a native of Arizona, and currently works for a boutique public relations and public affairs firm in Tucson, Arizona.
Tamara Mitkovska is a student at the Institute of Security, Defense and Peace at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. She is the Head of the Young Conservatives Club in the SARISSA Institute. She has professional interests in the field of national security, crisis management, terrorism and illegal migration. She speaks English and has a basic knowledge of German.
Aleksandar Bogatinov M.A., is working as a teacher in elementary and secondary education in Probishtip. He has graduated from the Faculty of philosophy at the University “Ss Cyril and Methodius”, and is currently in the finishing stages of his Masters degree from the same faculty. His teaching is in the fields of religion, ethics, logics and philosophy, which are also his research interests. He is a member of the Macedonian Philosophical society and is very active in the popularization of the philosophy among the youth.
Damjan Petreski is a student at the Orthodox Theological Faculty „Saint Clement of Ohrid“. His research interests are in the fields of orthodox theology, Church theology, Church history and national history, Macedonian tradition and culture and their upkeep and promotion. He is fluent in English.
Sasho Petkovski graduated in 2010 in the University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria, majoring in International Relations – Diplomacy. He is a former advisor for international relations with countries from Eastern Europe and Asia in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Macedonia. He is actively engaged in analysis of political situations in the Middle East and Northern Africa, as well as research and preparation of political ratings worldwide. Aside from English language, he has basic knowledge of German and Slovenian languages.
Goran Petrushev graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, on the interdisciplinary studies of Energy and Environment at the University “Ss Cyril and Methodius”. He is currently working at the Bureau of Metrology of the Republic of Macedonia. He has previous work experience in long term projects and cooperation with local governance. His professional and scientific research includes environmental protection and energy security. He is fluent in English.
Stefani Denkovska is a Senior at the Faculty of Economy at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, majoring in Accounting and Auditing.
Her interests are focused on macro and micro economy and Macedonian language, literature and etymology.
She actively uses the English language, and she has basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
Lejla Rajkova graduated from the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University – Faculty of Law in Skopje. Currently she is a masters student at the Kliment Ohridski University – Faculty of Security in Bitola, majoring in organized crime and corruption.She is a columnist and has participated in several legal commissions, municipal commissions and election commissions. She has also participated in several workshops, seminars and lectures. Her professional interests are organized crime, corruption, terrorism, security and the rule of law. She speaks English and has a basic knowledge of Greek.
